OK, earlier in the day I emailed GM's about submitting free agent bids but neglected to attach the actual spreadsheets.
This has since been fixed, and I also emailed a separate (larger) spreadsheet with current rosters in a separate e-mail. Write your Commish ASAP if you didn't receive it!
