Oddities: Injuries to Victor Martinez and Jorge Posada made it possible for Johjima to earn the starting spot behind the plate for the Atlantic....Darwin, despite great overall offensive numbers, did not put anyone in the Atlantic starting lineup....Two Squirrels (CF Carlos Beltran and 1B Carlos Pena) just missed the cut....S-Mart placed five on the Pacific squad, including three starters, easily their best showing as a offensive club....While Ryan Braun began the year as an OF, he has mostly played 3B with Ryan Zimmerman out. Whatever! His numbers (18 HR, 58 RBI) are All-Star-worthy, clearly....Geovanny Soto is the only rookie amongst the hitters.
